Paris, France - January 2008

Warren at the Eiffel TowerHere are some pictures from Warren's trip to Paris, France, in January, 2008. Go to the picture gallery to see them. There are two clips on You Tube from my trip too. The first one is of an impromptu dance performance on the bridge near the Notre Dame cathedral. The second was in the "street art" section of Paris near the Sacre Coeur, where this musical couple told their stories through song -- Magnifique!

Warren played at Tuba Christmas!

Warren played the tuba at TUBACHRISTMAS in Austin on Friday, December 21st. There were about 160 of us. The first TUBACHRISTMAS was held in New York City's Rockefeller Plaza Ice Rink on Sunday, December 22, 1974. Today, TUBACHRISTMAS is celebrated in over 200 cities around the world, and even over 20 cities in Texas.

I didn't get on TV, but I was standing right behind the "grandfather" in this KVUE-24 newscast. All the local news camera people where there; KEYE-42 showed this report, and the Austin American Statesman did this really nice photo essay. Janice took several pictures; they are in our photo album

Janice Goes to Malaysia & Singapore

View From Cabin In June 2007 Janice went to Borneo Malaysia to scuba dive off Sipadan Water Village, Mabul Island Malaysia, then to Sandakan, and into the jungle to see monkeys and Elephants, and the to Kuala Lumpur (KL) and then to Singapore.
